Job Description
  • Deliver category business, marketing and communication KPIs;
  • Co-define development of growth strategies and long-term plans, leverage consumer insights and drive corresponding marketing programs for SiSe coffee category (Tassimo, NDGcc, NCC) within global guidance;
  • Co -Leads Tassimo appliance business activation;
  • Everyday segment management – execution of marketing activities, providing analysis and presentations, managing budget, answering ad-hoc requests;
  • Work with Category HQ team to export local insights and import best central solutions translated to local environment;
  • Partner with all stakeholders (other functions within Ro and SCE organization, creative agencies, media agency, machines suppliers) to support execution of annual plans;
  • Contribute to build one marketing plan.

Qualifications
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Economics;
  • 4 years+ of experience in marketing leading a category;
  • Experience in developing and executing brand activations;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Leadership skills – capable of setting and driving the brand agenda, educating the local organization and getting to ‘live’ the principles;
  • Fluent knowledge of English.
