As Brand Activation Associate, You Will
  • Contribute and offers active support for annual events brief, development of creative concepts, consumers mechanics, prizes and support materials, also for supervising implementation within the allocated time and budget, in line with brand objectives and strategy. Further monitor post-implementation evaluations for events and contribute to make future recommendations.
  • Work closely and contribute to align with all parties involved (local management, agencies, other departments – including legal, DTC, events) in order to plan, develop and further monitor implementation for assigned programs
  • Contribute and offers active support to develop brand initiatives as per Cycle Plan, ensuring delivery of all related program components (. POSM developmentactivation, trade support programs etc.) within the allocated time and budget, in line with brand objectives and strategy. Further monitor post-implementation evaluations for assigned programs and contribute to make future recommendations.
  • Actively contribute to monitor brand budget, planning, phasing and reporting and being in charge for daily financial activities (. invoices, PR, receptions etc.); be responsible with the budget’s efficient implementation as per assigned program
Main Requirements
  • University degree (preferably in Economics / Marketing);
  • Minimum 1-2 years of brand events expertise in FMCG industry;
  • Fluency in English
  • Marketing knowledge;
  • Project management skills, attention to details, organized;
  • Proven competency in development of brand events;
  • Basic knowledge of budget monitoring and planning;
  • Excellent problem solving skills;
  • Communication & presentation skills;
  • Good user of MS Office applications;
