For our client, a multinational company that develops, manufactures and markets products for the construction, building maintenance, and mining industries, we are looking for motivated individuals who have a passion for sales and desire advancement opportunities throughout Romania and globally.

Responsabilities
  • As a Customer Support Representative you will influence and serve all company 's customers, including internal team members and Account Managers who have direct relationships with the company customer experience;
  • Provide customer base with expert advice and solutions;
  • Participation in all activities, training on products: hands-on and on services is essential to prepare forext step in an outside sales
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical or commercial field of study;
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus;
  • Fluncy in English;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
  • Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure
  • Commitment to continual education about the company, products and services.
