- As a Customer Support Representative you will influence and serve all company 's customers, including internal team members and Account Managers who have direct relationships with the company customer experience;
- Provide customer base with expert advice and solutions;
- Participation in all activities, training on products: hands-on and on services is essential to prepare forext step in an outside sales
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical or commercial field of study;
- Previous customer service experience is a plus;
- Fluncy in English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
- Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure
- Commitment to continual education about the company, products and services.
