We are looking for bright, knowledgeable and enthusiastic people to join our Chat Moderator team, that supports an IGaming international platform.
We are keen to welcome candidates who are passionate about delivering high quality service whilst working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with great opportunities for progression.
What We Are Looking For
As this is a remote job , in shifts ( night included ), we are searching for candidates from Bucharest that are at the start of their journey.
If you are fluent in English and have an advanced vocabulary, good grammar & spelling, you already are on the right track.
Spontaneous and entertaining. Should be able to host a chat full of people with a diverse background.
Patience is a strong virtue for any candidate as it is a big plus if you need to defuse difficult or unexpected situations.
Even though you will be working from the safety offered by your home, you will still be part of a team, and we want a team player, who understands that the team should have the same objective and try to achieve it working towards the target with your colleagues.
