AUDITOR - Sr. AUDITOR

The Audit Division of Alpha Bank Romania is seeking to recruit high caliber individual for the position of Auditor / Senior Auditor.

The successful candidate will report to the Audit Division’s Management and participate in audit assignments regarding Head Office and the Branch network regions/ processes of the Bank. Specifically, she/ he will plan and perform audits, draft audit reports and follow up on the corrective actions, in accordance with the Audit Standards and internal procedures.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; Master’s degree would be a plus;
• 3+ years of professional experience in the internal audit or risk management function of a Bank/Financial Institution or in an Audit Company is mandatory;
• Relevant qualifications, CIA, CISA, ACCA, CAFR are strongly desirable;
• MS Windows and Office at proficient level is a must; data analytics and Teammate knowledge would be an advantage;

• English (spoken and written) at proficient level;
• Reliable, with high sense of responsibility, integrity and objectivity;
• Energetic and discreet, with analytical skills and critical thinking, team player, willing to undertake the training / study required, with effective verbal and writing communication skills, able to meet tight deadlines whenever requested.

The position involves travelling outside Bucharest (up to 30%)
