Because of development our company abroad, currently we are recruiting for the position:

Area Manager

The person hired for this position will be responsible for:
  • Managing of stores in Romania and team of Stores Managers (Bucharest)
  • Implementing and meeting sales targets by subordinate stores
  • Supervising over the shops in terms of existing procedures and standards
  • Controlling budgets regarding to cost in stores
  • Analyzing of market and identifying possibilities of business growth
  • Coordinating of stores openings
  • Cooperating with headquarter in Poland.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience on similar position
  • Experience in team management
  • Documented success in sales and knowledge of sales techniques
  • Knowledge of Romanian and English, min. B2
  • Driving license for category B.
