Position Overview Statement
Working closely with Product Management on design and development of sub-systems and features for Voice Communication Systems (Air Traffic Control, Maritime, Emergency services);
Design and Development is done in accordance with industry specific design, quality and development standards (Requirements, Coding Rules, Code reviews, Documentation);
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Developing software for low latency voice communication applications
Responsible for developing and applying quality standards to the developed software, writing requirements;
Produce well documented code, participate in code reviews, and provide timely status to Product Management;
Requirements
University degree in computer science or comparable education or experience;
Programming experience in C/C++, some scripting language and Linux, at least 3 years;
Experience with Android SDK and NDK (experience with Android Native Audio is a plus)
Experience with open source cross-compiler tools – gcc, gdb;
Good English skills;
Excellent communication skills (written, and verbal).
Understanding of voice communication networks and signaling concepts is a plus
