Pentalog is searching for an Agile professional coach so that we can facilitate Agile extension for one of our clients.

Requirements
– Agile mindset is a must;
– At least 5 years of multiple Agile/lean experiences;
– From very good knowledge of Scrum and Kanban to a very experienced genuine agile coach on any other agile frameworks;
– From easiness in communication to a gifted speaker;
– Capacity to coach and also do;
– Tenacity, good mediator and skills to guide organizational change are also a must;
– System thinker.
