- Analyzing database data structures and performing administration tasks relating to normal and abnormal operations (Oracle, MS SQL Server or DB2)
- Administration of Java application servers including deployment and troubleshooting deployments (Weblogic, WebSphere, Tomcat or JBoss)
- Operating system administration and installation (Windows, Solaris or Linux)
- Experience developing Java Web Applications using JSP, HTML and Java
- Experiencing debugging SQL statements, syntax and executio
- Administration and troubleshoot WebServers (Apache or IIS)
- Administration and troubleshooting of FatWire Content Server / Oracle WebCenter Sites
- Networking technology and concepts (Software Firewalls, UDP/TCP connectivity
- Authentication services including troubleshooting interfacing technology (OpenLDAP, Active Directory)
- Ability to understand customer problem and provide technical solution in timely manner
- Strong proven problem solving skills
- Ability to understand customer urgency and sensitivity of problem
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
- Ability to speak confidently and communicate clearly with customer
- Ability to work well with demanding customer environment and delight customer
- Strong Adherence to Process and be process champion
- Troubleshoot and resolve simple to highly complex technical issues related to Oracle Webcenter Sites and associated technologies like Webcenter Portal, Weblogic Application Server and Database.
