The role:
The Video Editor will be responsible for editing all video-based content across all STA Travel channels globally, including for social media, YouTube, retail spaces and internal projects. Creating high quality and engaging travel video content, this role is critical in inspiring STA Travel customers to engage with our brand as well as promoting our key company USPs. Working closely with a number of business areas, including social, copywriting, internal comms and content production, to ensure the highest standard of quality is met for our video content. This role reports into the Creative Content Producer (who is based in London) and sits within the Global Creative Studio team, so some experience of working within an international company is preferred.

Job responsibilities:
Editing all brand videos across all channels, as well as internal employee videos.
- Maintaining and updating our video library whilst having a detailed understanding of our content.
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends in video production and editing.
- Storyboarding video edits and working closely with social and copywriters.
- Working closely with the Creative Content Producer to pitch video ideas based on content needs.
- Editing videos to tight deadlines for our marketing teams globally.
Who you are:
- Skilled user of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Media Encoder.
- Understanding and knowledge of video colour correction.
- Excellent at syncing media, including multiple unlinked audio and videos tracks.
- Ability to resolve simple issues with audio and video content in post-production.
- Self-starter and able to use your own initiative to work on projects.
- Strong attention to detail when receiving and applying feedback to edits.
- The ability to work at speed in a fast turnaround environment, without sacrificing quality of content.
- A team member who is enthusiastic and enjoys collaborating, with the desire to involve themselves in the STA Travel culture.
- Active and passionate about video production and travel.
- Experience in Adobe products such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Video editor and videographer experience much be shown in a portfolio form.
