Purpose of the role
The Transport Specialist is accountable for the coordination of the transport flow between our third party transportation supplier, our co-packers and our customers in the Romania. You will proactively coordinate the activities of internal stakeholders (Customer Service, Warehouse team, Replenishment) and external stakeholders (Transport Service Providers & Warehouses). You will lead continuous improvement projects in collaboration with your stakeholders, targeting structural productivity & service.

Key Responsibilities
- On a daily basis, you will guarantee "in time" and "in full" supply of the Mondelez products to our customers through management of information between the different stakeholders, management of the processes, prioritization of activities, integration into the Transport Management Tools and SAP.
- Managing projects to achieve better fulfillment of customer needs, optimized planning, improved use of supplier’s capacity & capability’s and structural productivity (continuous improvement).
- Acting as the key point of contact for customer service and the external transport supplier.
- Analyzing and reporting on performance and implementing improvement initiatives.
What do you need to have
- Bachelor or Master degree
- +1 year experience in logistics or supply chain
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Strong communicator with an analytical mind-set
- Process minded and strong problem solver
- Fluent in English.
