Together with our partners, Thrive Themes, we are searching for a brilliant Technical Support Specialist.

We are looking for a new colleague to offer support for state of the art conversion Focused WordPress Themes & Plugins together with our long term partner .

You are the perfect candidate for us if you have:

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in other Technical Support positions

  • Technical background (basic knowledge of PHP, JavaScript and web related technologies)

  • Solid communication skills, especially with clients

  • Basic WordPress knowledge is an advantage

  • Prefer to work in a team

  • Have solid English knowledge

Working time is from 2 pm to 10 pm and the job is remote.
