Tasks
- Sending and receiving orders to/from suppliers or other company locations and managing the documentation;
- Tracking equipment with an internal database;
- Supporting time administration and solving incidents related to time sheets;
- Organizing job fairs, events, presentations, company parties and similar activities;
- Receiving visitors (. candidates, suppliers, customers and business travelers) and arranging business trips;
- Supporting remote locations with providing information and documentatio
- Graduated Faculty (Bachelor or higher) in Psychology, Economics, Marketing, Administration or similar;
- Fluent in English (written & oral form), solid for negotiating, German is an advantage;
- Good MS Office knowledge, SAP is considered an advantage;
- High degree of pro activity, reliability, communication skills, organisational skills, good self-/time management, resilience.
- Driving license.
