For the opening of Oysho and Zara Home in Timisoara we are looking for Managers.

As a Manager we put the business in your hands! You will be responsible of the daily store activities as:

  • Sales and customer care

    • To use commercial information and product knowledge to drive sales and other activity in the store using the internal tools provided

    • Provides highest level of care to customers

       

  • HR & Team Management

    • Recruits, interviews, develops and maintains a strong team members

    • To ensure that inductions and relevant training are carried out for all employees

    • To recognize potential candidates for promotion

  • Stock Management

    • To ensure that order and replenishment are done timely and effectively

    • To ensure that the store is merchandised according to the best sellers and current trends

    • To ensure that the stockroom is organized efficiently

  • Planning and coordinating

    • Prioritizes tasks to maximize efficiency of team

    • Takes initiative to accomplish all set goals

    • Leads and motivates team by setting the example

 

Requirements

  • University degree

  • Good level of English

  • Experience on a leading position in fashion retail or in retail

  • Passion for fashion, market, competitors and trend awareness

  • Strong team management experience

  • Desire for career growth within the company

  • Open availability and flexibility to work in shifts (morning or evening) and weekends, including opening and closing shifts to meet the needs of the business.
