Adecco Romania  is looking for a Service Engineer SDM, inTimisoara.



Job main responsibilities:
    • Assess the impact of the inciden;
    • Troubleshoot incident and determine root-cause if possible;
    • Updates ticket with all relevant information from the troubleshooting and actions taken to restore service;
    • Based on root-cause findings determine the needed corrective actions to restore service;
    • Change management activities(NE integration, Non regresssion testing,  NE integration acceptance).

Job requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer (3 to 6 years)
  • French is considered an advantage
  • Availability to work according to the following schedule: 08:00 – 17:00 or 13:00/14:00 – 22:00 /23:00
  • Medium knowledge in one of the following:

o   Ericsson si Huawei 2G/3G/4G + SIU Ericsson

o   BSC Ericsson si Huawei

o   PDH (NEC Ipasolink, Ericsson Minilink TN si CN, Huawei RTN)

o   SDH (ADM Alcatel – OMSN1660 de ex)

o   ATM (crossconnect Alcatel 7670)

o   IP (rutere Nokia 7705 si 7750, DSLAM Huawei
