Responsibilities:

• Introducing new components to Incoming inspection; defining inspection standards and boundary samples, with suppliers and project team
• Coordinating the correlation of components Control Plan with SAP Incoming Control Plan
• Meeting suppliers for FMEA review and review of claimed parts and issues
• Supplier performance monitoring - implementation of corrective actions
• Initiating and tracking escalations to suppliers
• Performing audits to evaluate supplier process and tracking corrective actions for nonconformities detected during audits
• Collecting all the costs related to concerns and tracking recovery
• Requesting re-qualification for all critical components and suppliers with A&B concerns
• Planning and doing Supplier Process Re-validation audits to all suppliers with A&B concerns

 

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Quality Core Tools, VDA , FMEA
• Experience in quality (automotive industry) – minimum 3 years
• Good communication and team-work abilities
• Advanced knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Technical Bachelor’s Degree
