Software Developer – SAP HCM

We are currently searching for a Software Developer – SAP HCM for our Regional IT Center in Timisoara.

Responsibilities:

• As part of the delivery team HR you realize customer requirements in SAP HCM

• Consult the product owner and software designer with your expertise

• Plan developments with respect to the internal release management and in alignment with our IT Standards

• Pay attention to sustainability in software design and document development in IT Specifications

• Perform unit tests to ensure a high quality of developed coding

• Perform customizing activities related to the developments in alignment with the product owner

• Writing IT Specifications

• Support in 3rd Level to correct incidents caused by coding or customizing issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in mathematics, computer science, business informatics or similar

• Several years of experience in developing and customizing SAP HCM

• Strong understanding of ABAP and SAP HCM module specific techniques, frameworks and tables

• Very good English skills

• Strong in communication and teamwork to enrich our international and global acting team
