Senior Delivery Manager

The Challenge

• Commercial Banking Software Factory Romania is the biggest internal software development team in CIO CB & Italy (~ 150 people in Iasi).
  
• Coordinate and manage Software Factory projects within the Commercial Banking ICT perimeter, following the engagement model throughout all of the main phases: demand management, cost estimation, project approval, implementation and project delivery, service deploy, etc. Multinational project environment, development team in Iasi, Romania, working closely with other teams in Europe. The Delivery Manager is a crucial role in the Commercial Banking ICT organization, driving project execution and ensuring collaboration between all UBIS/Group structures in order to guarantee delivery. 
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Project delivery and coordination of both internal and external stakeholders, in compliance with UniCredit Group processes:
  
• Product Management, in order to acquire (ask for review of) requirements and functional analysis
  
• ICT Ops, in order to guarantee a proper hand-over and management of go live phase
  
• Demand Management, in order to provide cost/effort estimation submitted for project approval
  
• Delivery Management: enabling the preparation of solution design and solution specification, technical requirements, impact on recurring cost, service mgmt activities, etc
  
• Coordination local team/s in the delivery of projects by employing waterfall/agile methods
  
• External suppliers, in order to enhance and guarantee delivery and planned go live phases
  
• UniCredit Services ICT areas, in order to provide all services/support needed to deliver solutions
  

Desired skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in application and/or infrastructure projects or, proven experience in leading a/more technical team/s
  
• Good command of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Word, MS Outlook, etc)
  
• Good command of project/planning tools: MS Project, Jira
  
• Experience/exposure in agile projects delivery is a plus
  
• English advanced (B2/C1); Italian/German are a plus
