Senior accountant

We need a Senior Accountant to join our finance department and take over the major reporting and reconciliation duties for our company. The successful applicant will ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions and will have prior experience with tax issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of fixed assets register
• Reconciliation of bank statements
• Journal entries relating to the following transactions:
• Inter company transactions
• Stock movements
• Banking transactions
• Depreciation and asset disposal/acquisition
• Preparing various accounting related reports and analyses
• Stock control and preparation of stock-related reports
• Any other adhoc duties
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Graduate in economic studies
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Accounting expert certificate - it is an advantage
• English - advanced level
• Very good knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office
• Very good communication and communication skills
• Analytical and economic thinking
