Skills & Competences:

•  Must have “hands on” experience as Scrum Master, leading project teams using Agile methodology and Scrum/Kanban teams
• Strong knowledge and experience of Scrum methodology, best practices and tools
• Experience in working with Jira or other relevant tools and defining associated frameworks
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with cross-functional teams
• Self-initiative and high willingness to learn and coach
• Team player, innovative and problem-solving approach
• Ability to work well under pressure and to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Flexible in seeing situations from different angles, creative in overcoming impediments

 

Tasks:

• Tracks and reports overall project status to ensure quality and continuity
• Manages and tracks the execution of sprint items and coordinates releases
• Manages day-to-day activities for project team members to ensure project progress and team throughput (maximize team velocity)
• Responsible with helping and coaching the team in order to understand the need and benefits of Agile approach and effective backlog management
• Manages project team communications, daily stand-ups, and schedules/facilitates project team meetings
• Owns reporting on project status and responsible for keeping release/project information consolidated, organized and up to date
