The Associate facilitates the delivery of scale management and translations deliverables including clinical instrument (e.g. scales) identification, scale acquisition, text translations, subtitling, voiceover, and linguistically validated translations for assigned projects.
Our office in Iasi was opened in April 2017 and has now grown (January 2019) to over 200 people.

• Execute translation and production requirements for subtitling, document translation and voice-over projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality standards
• Execute scale management requirements set forth by the Client Services teams
• Assist in recruiting translators and linguists on an as needed basis
• Coordinate and communicate with scale management and translation vendors regarding project status and logistics
• Assist with coordination of Clinical Resource review of required translations
• Assist with project tracking and communication with translators to ensure all languages and deliverables are addressed
• Assist with source documentation creation and QC activities (document formatting, back-translation review, etc.) for scale management and translation projects, as assigned
• Prepare weekly project status reports including weekly/monthly metrics for manager and department reporting
• Assist in creating reports for Linguistic Validation Projects
• Assist in creation of scale management and translation database and manage data
• Input scale management and translation information into proprietary scale information repository

• Excellent organizational skills; at least one year administrative experience preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once in deadline-sensitive environment
• Great communication and writing skills, customer service oriented
• Fluent written and spoken English, further European Languages a distinct advantage
