SAP SD Business Analyst

Role:

SAP SD Business Analyst will be responsible for participating in the planning, development, maintenance and enhancement of SAP application and the functional areas of SAP SD with Oil & Gas specific add-on (IS-OIL). SAP Business Analyst is the primary source of information for business users regarding the specific business processes within Sales and Distribution module. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. SAP Business Analyst will ensure First Level Support for SD and Oil & Gas processes for specified Rompetrol Group companies.

Responsibilities:

• SAP configuration and business area knowledge in SD module including but not limited to Contract & Scheduling Agreements, Pricing, Rebates, Shipping and transportation, Billing, Credit Management
• Perform business analysis, documenting business processes in detail for further modeling and implementation in the system by senior SAP consultants
• Provide continuous business support in all SD related processes and provide maintenance of different interfaces between SAP and external systems
• Participate in full life cycle system implementation of SAP solutions

• Design test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data and document test results for SD module
• Coordinate end-user training documentation and train end users as required

• Develop working procedures and end user manuals related to implemented SAP processes
• Resolve business issues by working with various groups within and outside of the company (system users, company management, external consultants)  
• Manage and prioritize business requirements in close collaboration with business users
• Validate requirements implementation (manage and support integration and acceptance testing)
• Perform post-implementation and user support for SD with Oil & Gas specific add-on (IS-OIL) related processes

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or in Economics;
• Production support and project experience;
• Very good knowledge of English language;
•  Strong verbal and written communications skills;
  
• Good PC skills – MS Office package;
• Dedicated person, team player and customer oriented;            
•  Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills; must have ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimum of supervision;
• Knowledge of IS-OIL functionalities and Russian language are a plus
