SAP FI-CO Business Analyst

Role: 

SAP FI-CO Business Analyst will be responsible for participating in the planning, development, maintenance and enhancement of SAP application and functional areas of SAP FI-CO. SAP Business Analyst is the primary source of information for business users regarding the specific business processes within FI-CO module. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. SAP Business Analyst will ensure First Level Support for FI-CO processes for specified Rompetrol Group companies.

Responsibilities:

• Strong SAP configuration and business area knowledge in FI-CO module including but not limited to Banks, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Profit Center Accounting, Cost Center Accounting
• Perform business analysis, documenting all business processes in all necessary details in order to be further modeled and implemented in the system by senior SAP consultants
• Provide continuous business support in all FI-CO related processes and provide maintenance of different interfaces between SAP and external systems
• Participate in full life cycle system implementation of SAP solutions (3 -5 years experience)

• Design test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data and document test results for FI-CO modules
• Coordinate end-user training documentation and train end users as required

• Develop working procedures and end users manuals related to implemented SAP processes
• Resolve business issues by working with various groups within and outside of the company (system users, company management, external consultants)  
• Manage and prioritize business requirements in close collaboration with business users
• Validate requirements implementation (manage and support integration and acceptance testing)
• Perform post-implementation and user support for FI-CO related processes

Requirements: 

• University degree in Finance, Computer Science or Economics;
• Production support and project experience;
• Very good knowledge of English language;

-     Strong verbal and written communications skills;

• Good PC skills – MS Office package;
• Dedicated person, team player and customer oriented;          
•  Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills; must have ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimum supervision;
• Knowledge of HANSEORGA and CATS functionalities in SAP and Russian language are a plus
