What You Will Do

The Financial Cloud Consultant role has a deep understanding of the S/4HANA Cloud business process across functional borders, as well as a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve customer success. The S/4HANA Cloud Consulting team will support the S/4HANA deployment and solution delivery to our customers on their journey to the Cloud.

• Ensure customer success, satisfaction and referenceability for S/4HANA Cloud customers
• Thoroughly understand the S/4HANA Cloud product set, Process Areas and Best Practices
• Learn the product specific and handle some/all of the following process fields: Financial Accounting (Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Asset Accounting, General Ledger), Cost Management and Profitability Analysis, Treasury Management, Contract and Lease Administration
• Work within the SAP Activate Methodology and in an agile delivery model to drive customer deliverables
• Support enablement of customer and own cutover process to production
• Gain experience in Cloud solutions (Roadmaps, Integration, Extensibility)
• Drive the adoption of the value based innovation roadmap and guide the customer in their journey
• Plan and personalise the customer journey while maintaining global scalability and consistency
• Ensure in time and quality delivery, revenue consumption and profitability management
• Collaborate with delivery centres to safeguard customer success as we scale
• Ensure close cooperation with all product and solution related teams in SAP – Solution Management, Product Group, Development and Operations
• Autonomy and collaboration both internally and externally

• Cluj-Napoca or Timisoara

What We Are Looking For

• Good understanding of end to end business processes in Financial Accounting and Controlling
• SAP exposure as at least End User / Key User is highly desired
• S/4 Hana experience is not mandatory but it is a plus
• Ability to translate business needs into technical configuration requirements
• Capacity to work in virtual teams and international environment
• Desire to learn continuously and to grow your personal skills and professional expertise
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
• High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen
• Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong writing, mentoring, decision making and meeting facilitation skills
• Full professional English is required, other languages are a welcomed plus
