What Is SAP C4C

In today's competitive market, it is important to meet customer requirements and align your business, marketing and service sectors to ensure better customer satisfaction. SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) is a cloud-based solution for effectively managing customer sales, customer service, and marketing activities, and is one of the key SAP solutions for managing customer relationships.

What Will You Do
  • Cloud for Customer (C4C) or CRM application and process solution consulting (definition of requirements, implementation based on a blueprint or functional specification)
  • Feasibility studies / solution reviews
  • Detailed planning of process implementation
  • Define detailed specifications for implementation of requirements related to Sales or Service areas
  • Industry /corporate process implementation across related applications (SAP/non-SAP, OnPremise and Cloud)
  • Develop and Assure quality of process models
  • Ready to travel up to 80% for assignments within EMEA-DACH

What Do You Bring
  • Two years of experience in any SAP CRM application consulting;
  • Experience on a full-cycle implementation is a big plus;
  • Understanding of industry or LoB-specific business processes;
  • Understands the Business Process Library approach;
  • University degree
  • Fluent in English and Romanian, German is a good plus
