Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Dealing with clients from public sector: Government; NGO’s, Social Accounts;
  • Challenge the clients and focus on delivering maximum value;
  • Achieve sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the assigned territory and market segment.
  • Participate in business events and develop a strong network of partners.

 

What we expect from you:

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Relevant experience in contract negotiating and good understanding of financial mechanisms
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate agreements at all levels of potential client organizations
  • Availability for extensive travel within the allocated area (Cluj, Targu Mures, Baia Mare, Satu Mare, Zalau, Dej, etc.)
  • B2B sales proven experience is a big plus.
