Adecco Romania is looking for its client, a company producing men's clothing, a Sales Assistant.

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written Romanian and English;
Smart and well-groomed with a confident, friendly and approachable personal style;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish maintain and develop effective relationships by using appropriate interpersonal style and utilize effective influencing skills.

Responsabilities

To contribute to the sale in line with the sales targets of the store;
Protect customer service quality in line with company policy and objectives;
To make a warm welcome to every customer entering the store;
Meeting customer requests throughout the service, offer combine alternatives to make additional sales , to take measures of the customer for the products that require renovation , accompany him to the end of the purchasing;
Making the store opening preparations everyday (cleaning, store arrangement , completing incomplete products);
Build customer portfolio;
To ensure that the exhibition of the product is suitable for sale in the store;
To ensure that all visual equipment is arranged and maintained in accordance with brand standards;
Participate in new product delivery, product alarming and label change process;
To assist other sales consultants in their customer services in case on they need it;
To have information about all the products and the features of the collection in the store and to inform the customers;
To adapt the trainings taken at the training center and store to his / her job, reflect on the work in the best way;
Regulation of the products at the store closing, cleaning, arrangement of cash points, recovery of the storehouse;
To fulfill other operational duties given by store manager.
