The Support Analyst assists the Sales & Finance team in providing financial and analytical support and managing daily and month end reporting tasks.
The ideal candidate will be able to work comfortably with numbers, have an eye for details.
Responsibilities
- Forecasting: Review historical data and estimate future Trade customer demand; Upload Trade forecast into the system; Monitor Trade forecast and spot irregularities; Compare actual demand vs. forecasted demand of high value products and adjust forecast accordingly; Create monthly reports that track ICO customer forecast and highlight oddities
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports; Prepare various month-end sales reports; Track customer stock status and in transit quantities; Download month-end reports and store for historical reference; Download month-end reports and store for historical reference; Support the Sales and Finance team in building the budgeting process
- Environmental (REACH & RoHS) Compliance: Review supplier statements; Monitor compliance status and assure that compliance documentation is up-to-date; Attend meetings with the global compliance team
- General Responsibilities: Extract raw data from the system to generate reports; Enter and upload the data in the system; Add new customers and suppliers to the master data file; Offer support to the sales department and exports (system requirements); Review customers against restricted parties list;
- University or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics;
- Good Microsoft Office Skills (MS Outlook, MS Excel etc.)
- Effective communication skills in English (both written and spoken) and German (written); Experince and Order Management/ Customer Service is relevant
- Analytical skills/thinking;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in an international team;
- Well organized;
- Willingness to learn;
