Role purpose:
The goal of this position is to provide Second Level operations support for the Roaming Platforms within Vodafone Network.

Main accountabilities:

  • Work with the team and other teams involved to conduct day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Platforms (such as Steering of Roaming Platform, Number Portability Platform, Virtual Home Environment Platform etc)
  • Identifies root cause of operational issues. Provide or propose solutions to solve the identified issues.
  • Develop scripts for automating recurrent activities
  • Optimize the existing solutions, processes to increase efficiency and to meet the requirements of the business
  • Responsible for documentation and communication of technical findings, issues and outcomes to other team members and other teams involved
