Recruitment Advisor

About The Role

The Recruitment Advisor works with the business leaders and HR Business Partners to define requirements, agree recruitment campaign strategies and select candidates for all types of roles from trainees to Managers

About Your Challenges

• Setting the recruitment strategy, advertising, candidate sourcing, screening and testing, including administration of assessment centres to successfully fill in the open vacancies.
• Offer Management and pre-employment process management, including reference checks. Escalation of issues and ongoing manager and candidate communication point of contact.
• Taleo System user, able to use all features and facilities of it. User of other tools such as search engines, databases, social networks. Includes testing and training on systems changes, upgrades and new tools adopted.
• Customer Service RKO, escalations, communication, reviews;
• Participate in projects to develop processes, systems and standards to continuously improve service delivery.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business studies
• Foreign Languages English at a proficient level
• Working experience 1-3 years relevant experience in similar roles
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
