Responsibilities
  • The BA extracts business information from Oracle & CRM databases etc. and transforms it into interactive dashboards that gives Flow customer care leaders the ability to analyze the business, take informed decisions and get results;
  • Designs & develops new tools to support the strategic initiatives of the group;
  • Design and implement Flow Customer Care Dashboard;
  • Make business data accessible, easy to understand and –use through data analysis and business intelligence software tools such as Tableau, Excel and others;
  • Adapts to ad-hoc Business Intelligence and report requests from Flow Customer Care leaders in a timely fashion;
  • Continuously improve the effectiveness and ease of use of reports and dashboards for quotes, orders, documentation and engineering;
  • Supports the preparation of presentations regarding business results.
Qualification

Requirements
  • University degree in related field (IT, engineering, economics, marketing or similar)
  • 2-5 years direct experience in business & data analysis (sales, finance, marketing e.g.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Databases, Data analysis software, SQL, NoSQL, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • English, written and spoken at an advanced level; knowledge of a second European language will be taken as an advantage;
  • Customer orientated person with good business acumen understanding;
  • Good analytical skills, with a focus on problem solving and results driven;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communicator
