Our HR Team is in search of a new colleague to help us maximize talent identification and selection strategies.

We are searching for somebody willing to engage in a part-time job (4 hours/day).

Your Profile:

  • Own a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Management or similar
  • Have recruiting experience in the IT field
  • Be fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Have very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be a great team spirit, with attention to detail, organized, creative, customer oriented and proactive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Consult hiring managers to understand business needs and job requirements
  • Advertise vacancies, CV screening and selection
  • Identify and head-hunt the best talents (from entry level to management positions)
  • Conduct interviews and offer feedback to the candidates
  • Keep candidates database up-to-date
  • Generate recruitment related reports for the Leadership Team
