QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a problem seeker (and solver) who loves searching for faults and bugs. In short: an experienced QA Automation Engineer.

The project is for a well-established company based in the US, which specializes in data storage and management solutions. Our client’s best-known products are custom servers which display data in files and folders on the network. The company is an expert regarding hybrid cloud information, providing data services designed to simplify, innovate and optimize their customers’ operations.

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be working on a newly created project written using the latest JavaScript standards and tools including Angular 6, GraphQL, Apollo as well as a complex API with Python, .NET and MongoDB.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a strong automated testing environment;
• Write E2E tests for a slim but complex UI and API;
• Analyze and write use cases based on business requirements;
• Work on integration with a fully integrated CI (Jenkins);
• Recommend best practices for a healthy project;
• Uphold standards for a fast and well defined web application.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the software testing process;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA Automation;
• Experience with Python, .NET and MongoDB;
• Knowledge of JavaScript standards and tools;
• Experience with Linux;
• Experience with APIs using modern testing tools;
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies;
• Very good communication skills with all those involved in the process;
• A responsible attitude and a strong ambition in achieving your mission;
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
