Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for our clients
- Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and delivery processes to increase the quality of services provided to our clients
- Organize, manage and lead the project team
- Own all phases of a project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring & control and closing
- Manage Scope, Schedule, Cost and Change
- Coordinate with the technical team on proposals preparation
- Organize kick-off and status meetings and report on progress to project stakeholders
- Work closely with the team members to facilitate skill and competence development within the project
- Play an active role in team members performance evaluations
- Contribute to the overall delivery process improvements
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and drive, problem resolution, conflict solving
- Team management of both agile and traditional teams
- Project lifecycle following different methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall)
- Estimation techniques
- Identify and manage risks and early signs of failures
- Experience with project management and software development tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, TFS)
- Ability to manage several projects or teams in parallel
- Written and spoken proficiency in English
- Project Management certification is a plus
