Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients
  • Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and delivery processes to increase the quality of services provided to our clients
  • Organize, manage and lead the project team
  • Own all phases of a project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring & control and closing
  • Manage Scope, Schedule, Cost and Change
  • Coordinate with the technical team on proposals preparation
  • Organize kick-off and status meetings and report on progress to project stakeholders
  • Work closely with the team members to facilitate skill and competence development within the project
  • Play an active role in team members performance evaluations
  • Contribute to the overall delivery process improvements
Your Competencies

  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and drive, problem resolution, conflict solving
  • Team management of both agile and traditional teams
  • Project lifecycle following different methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall)
  • Estimation techniques
  • Identify and manage risks and early signs of failures
  • Experience with project management and software development tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, TFS)
  • Ability to manage several projects or teams in parallel
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English
  • Project Management certification is a plus
