Payments Tribe is looking for a Lead Product Manager within Direct Debit & Debit Instruments squad to assume Product Owner role and help the tribe deliver target product engines & improve product flows.

Your day-to-day role




Developing the product vision and defining what to do to get there;

Development & execution of the product roadmap;

Managing the backlog; active contribution to all events of the spring by asking, answering & challenging;

Clearly express the product backlog to the squad and maximize the work of Development team;

Be a product expert & set new standards;

Understanding the customers & stakeholders needs and actively propose actions to improve efficiency & cex;

Follow & understand trends & market evolution;

Actively initiate/propose changes – new products/features, new processes, new technologies in line with observed opportunities & market trends;

Ensuring that business and IT understand and complement each other’s expertise;

Representing the Bank in front of relevant parties: NBR, Transfond, ARB.

What You Bring To The Team




Minimum 5 years’ experience in the banking sector - relevant experience in product development, process improvement and sales strategy;

Team player; you trust others and you can be trusted; you are committed to team goals and always have the right spirit;

Analytical thinking, focus on quality (commitment to respect the standards of excellence), proactive attitude, determination and discipline, customer orientation, team spirit;

Positive attitude, accountable and open minded to challenge the status quo;
