Procurement PR Intelligence Advisor with English
Your Role
You will provide support on tasks in PMO, SC, GCM, Procurement Bids, SPM/SQA, such as Governance and Reporting, KPI creation, documentation retrieval, follow-up and supplier performance monitoring.
You will support the Procurement organization by implementing and maintaining various improvement initiatives to ensure harmonization of processes and implementation of best practices.
You will be responsible to provide governance support by consolidating and analyzing diverse information and conducting supplier integration activities or Procurement Bid Management or SPM/SQA activities.

Your Role

Your Challenges
- Support the Procurement organization in strategy development, spend overview and defining governance model
- Prepare, maintain and analyze reports and dashboards following standard procedures
- Create and maintain relevant dashboards agreed with stakeholders
- Manage non-standard requests and ensure that the information provided is complete and accurate before updating records or processing requests
- Perform quality checks on reports in scope and team members' reports
- Act as a first level of escalation for customers
- Build network with relevant stakeholder base, key decision makers across functions and PR buyer community
- Resolve customer queries and escalations related to reports and projects in scope
- Ensure that escalations and queries are resolved and followed through in an efficient and professional manner
- Collect inputs from regions and for strategy and governance improvement
- Identify problems and implement solutions related to scope
- Support and drive process improvement through identifying and implementing improvement ideas that drive -efficiency and increase quality of deliverables
- Create and update report procedures with detailed steps
- Share and apply best practices within GPC organization
- Support resolution of technical issues related to reports and data quality
- Ensure the consistent use of Procurement processes and tools within the team
- Offer training and refresher training whenever required
- Apply problem solving methodologies (e.g. Root Cause Analysis and act accordingly)
- Update, develop and improve high-complexity reports that require advanced MS Excel skills (VBA, Macro)
- Understanding of business processes, technical and operational expertise
- Intermediate communication skills in English and other language(s);
- Master / Bachelor Degree, Supply Chain preferred;
- Strong analytical skills, cost reduction mindset, interested in information technologies;
- Relevant experience in a multinational environment ideal;
- Solid level in Microsoft Office Applications, E-mail application;
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, eProcurement tools, Web-Browser.
