Key Responsibilities
• Placing purchase orders and ensuring good communication with the supplier to ensure the necessary material for the production process;
• Designing and developing processes that correspond to the strategy defined by collaborating with the other procurement managers. Collaborate with the procurement manager at Honeywell to ensure that appropriate measures and parameters are implemented and in place to measure the cost-benefit ratio and develop the necessary corrective action plans to include as minimum requirements.
• Efficient grouping of direct suppliers with identified strategic partners.
• Collaboration with other strategic procurement managers from other Honeywell EMEAI locations, with Honeywell Corporate Sourcing and Indirect Sourcing. Selecting and coordinating the necessary suppliers who have the ability and the ability to respond to the material and subcontracting needs of the company.
• Using the E-sourcing tool as a standard activity in solving problems arising in relation to the supplier or other internal departments
• Updating / modifying the data from the local supply base (prices, materials);
• Placing orders to the supplier
• Establishing the delivery plans of the suppliers;
• Monitoring the observance of the procedures of the quality system and the working instructions in the Management Manual regarding the supply.
YOU MUST HAVE
- University Degree
• Experience in the field of supply supply chain
• Commercial knowledge and negotiation skills with suppliers;
• Organizational skills, flexibility, operability, orderly character, results orientation;
• Knowledge of project management - basic level;
• Knowledge and experience of working with an MRP / ERP system - preferably SAP;
• Advanced knowledge of computer use; Excel and work with the presentation of the table information
• Good knowledge of English
