Locally we provide excellent service for our global organisation across different commodities Indirect goods and Services (IGS), Products Related (PR) and Information Systems (IS)
For our Global Procurement Center based in Cluj-Napoca we are looking for the
Procurement Bid Analyst
Your role
You will be part of the Bid Core Team and will be the prime interface between Bid Management and Procurement and Supply Chain, and you`re direct report will be to our Global Commodity Director.
You’ll be comfortable establishing product baseline defining and optimising the material cost at product level. Your skills and knowledge of the industry will help you manage the subsystem Cost Evolution in each Product Family and coordinate the forecast together with Product management and Sales department, through our Global Product Database.
Your opportunities
While actively interacting with the Product Management team you will be reporting the cost evolution for different subsystems at the product family level and prepare the consolidated outlook. Your skills and knowledge will help you set up the Procurement Supply Chain strategy by selecting building blocks, agreeing sourcing strategies and selecting suppliers. Assessing the impacts of the Procurement Supply Chain deliverables is one of the main responsibilities as a Procurement Bid Manager. Your close working relationship with the Commodity Manager will enable you to identify cost reduction initiatives. One of the most important skills in this role will be to manage the communication and alignment with various stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Engineering Degree or similar complemented by a demonstrated track record in Supply Chain, Logistics
- 2-5 years of work experience in Procurement
- Strong exposure to Project Management Techniques or Finance
- Solid technical knowledge of building blocks, related cost drivers, supply base and improvement levers
- Proficient in using de MS Office suite
- Experience with ERP systems
