THE ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Co-Creation of the Preh development process
• Cooperation in the review and processing of development process improvements
• Creation of new development processes with input from process specialists
• Creation of document templates
• Review of existing development processes on the basis of specifications
• Optimization of development process descriptions
• Organization and execution of workshops with process specialists and adoption of tool-supported modeling of workflows

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience in dealing with process modeling tools;
• Know-how in current process modeling standards preferable;
• Highly developed customer orientation and a confident and convincing appearance;
• Presentation and presentation skills;
• Having fun working in a team and sharing knowledge with colleagues;
• Very good MS Office Skills as well as basic knowledge of MS Visual Studio;
• Confident appearance and good communication skills;
• Didactic experience an advantage;
• Business-fluent spoken and written English skills;
• Target-oriented work as well as a strong team and communication skills are a self-evident part of your job.
