Your role
You will support the Global Commodity Management in the deployment and monitoring of the Reporting Process & Data Quality Strategy.
You will provide the Global Commodity Management with internal KPIs and Dashboards, defining governance models.

Your role
You will support the Global Commodity Management in the deployment and monitoring of the Reporting Process & Data Quality Strategy.
You will provide the Global Commodity Management with internal KPIs and Dashboards, defining governance models.
Your Challenges
- Collect inputs from Global Commodity Management and Regional Commodity Management for strategy and governance improvement
- Support addressing newly identified needs coming from the business experts and the stakeholders
- Data extraction and data processing (BI reports and dashboards); developing and updating dashboards, integrating different reports Procurement KPIs, developing reports for GCM Network and optimizing workflows by means of VBA
- Apply consistently the Procurement processes and tools
- Develop understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain business practices
- Share working knowledge on processes and tools
- Ensure that escalations and requests on hold are progressed.
- Ensure effective communication and customer focused behavior
- Take part in customer satisfaction reviews and projects
- Deal with complex customer queries in an efficient and professional manner
- Support process improvement through identifying and implementing improvement ideas that drive efficiency and increase quality of deliverables
- Share and apply best practices within GPC organization
- Relevant experience in a multinational environment ideal
- Procurement experience an advantage, but not prerequisite
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- 1-3 years’ experience in a relevant position
- Understanding of business processes, technical and operational expertise, good analytical skills, good communication skills in English and other language(s)
- Solid level in Microsoft Office Applications, E-mail application
