The Global Procurement Center (GPC) in Cluj is an organization combining procurement knowledge, cultural diversity and a drive for excellence. The team of almost 250 colleagues is working closely with over 50.000 users, throughout more than 20 countries where Bombardier operates.

PR Intelligence GCM Advisor with English

Your role

You will support the Global Commodity Management in the deployment and monitoring of the Reporting Process & Data Quality Strategy. Potential activities for this position include administration of standard and ad-hoc reporting and the creation of Commodity Dashboards. The position will work very closely with Global Commodity Directors and Lead Buyers to provide business intelligence, drive execution of strategic initiatives and deploy data quality strategies.

You will provide the Global Commodity Management with internal KPIs and Dashboards, defining governance models.

Your Challenges

• Consolidate supplier financial risk, country and market related risks in the Risk Masterfile from D&B (3rd party risk rating profiling supplier) and internal tool BIE (Business Issue Evaluation)
• Build network with the commodity relevant stakeholder base, key decision makers across functions and PR Buyers Community
• Monitor the suppliers' performance (incl. the collection and analysis of KPIs like NCG / OTD, MIS and updates the GLBs before their scheduled Global Business Reviews)
• Create and maintain monthly reports / dashboards for the commodity specific key suppliers, as requested by the GLB
• Apply lessons learned and share best practices actively with peers and the Procurement organisation
• Apply problem solving methodologies (e.g. Root Cause Analysis and act accordingly)
• Business understanding & knowledge on processes and tools of your own area
• Exposure to the Procurement organisation (internally) and externally (suppliers) via SFA Process
• Handle projects or saving initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• Master / Bachelor’s degree, Supply Chain preferred
• Understanding of common business practices & processes
• Advanced communication skills in English and other language(s);
• >2 years commodity or operational procurement expertise
• Strong analytical skills, cost reduction mindset, interested in information technologies;
• Solid level in Microsoft Office Applications, E-mail application;
