Job Responsibilities
  • Be part of People Development & Recruitment Team in Endava Iasi;
  • Contribute to the retention of our colleagues, through people development and career development programs;
  • Have the overview on induction & integration, learning and development, motivation and retention strategies and implementation for Endava Iasi;
  • Build and maintain a highly effective working relationship with the business stakeholders.

Required Skills
  • Previous experience in a fast paced work environment;
  • Proactive attitude and strategic thinking;
  • Team oriented attitude and the ability to work well with others in order to achieve a common goal;
  • Open to working in an agile environment;
  • Be aware of L&D best practices;
  • The ability to take the initiative and drive for results;
  • Very good command of spoken and written English.
