PC Operator

Summary

Damen Shipyards Galati is looking for a person with good PC operating skills. In this role, the selected person will deploy activities related to registering data in the existing systems. The availability is for a determined period of 4 months, with a good possibility to prolongue to 10 months.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Registering data regarding clocking in the ERP system named IFS;
• Managing paint stocks;
• Checking the expiration dates for a better use of the paints;
• Centralising the presence of the co-makers for the ASRV project;
• Introducing and tracking the procurement of blasting/painting materials for the ASRV project, using the IFS system;
• Managing the relation with the co-makers in such a manner as to ensure the timely introduction of the necessary data in the system;
• Assuming responsability for the correctness of the data.

Profile

• High school;
• Previous work experience with ERP systems is an advantage;
• Minimum English knowledge – spoken and written;
• Romanian knowledge – native speaker;
• PC operating skills;
• Able to make decisions and to take responsability for them;
• Communication skills for a good collaboration with the team;
• Professional efficiency in completing all the tasks in a timely manner and with high quality.
