Candidatul ideal

• Has at least 1 year of hands-on PPC experience working in an agency or running PPC activities in-house
• Has a good understanding of conversion funnels or e-commerce thorough knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics
• Has a good understanding of Paid Search and cross-channel tracking
• Has strong analytical, reporting and Excel skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• A team player who feels comfortable working autonomously in a small team as well as fitting into a large-scale organization
• Produce detailed analysis and reports to track KPIs in o implement or adjust campaigns accordingly and discover opportunities for growth
• Create and manage tests (such as ad copy, bidding strategies etc) and interpret test results, making informed decisions
• Very good English skills (written and spoken).

Bonus points if you are:

• Experience in the iGaming industry or a sport lover
• Google Ads certification and/or Google Analytics certification
• Have a strong knowledge of Excels formulas and analytics tools

• Create and optimize Paid Search campaigns for the Romania market to meet business acquisition objectives
• Identify opportunities for customer acquisition growth Identifying SEM targets for growth of visibility, traffic, acquisition and efficiency
• Monitoring PPC budget & performance and reporting progress internally Evaluating, proposing and implementing most suitable PPC optimization
• Ensuring best practices are adhered to with regards to SEM account structure, campaign setup and optimization
• Working closely with other departments to brief opportunities, promos and landing page set up to fit with PPC and business goals Working closely with other acquisition channels, ensuring knowledge share in order to utilize the best strategies.
