Inside Sales Representative’s goal is to learn and work alongside the Inside Sales Lead in providing support the Sales Organization and Emerson Europe customers activities. This happens by getting involved in various types of activities and projects that positively impact the way the Sales Organizations uses time and resources.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Inside Sales Lead and help consolidate existing and upcoming activities in the Inside Sales Department
- Develop and maintain a durable, productive relationship with your colleagues, Sales Managers, and other departments – you will need their help, support and camaraderie
- Handle effectively tasks assigned by Manager or by Field Sales
- Literature distribution to our customers and/or internally – marketing information, technical data, product guides, etc.
- Customer Data Base update – help maintain customer contacts, Emerson contacts, price updates in the system
- Administrate and maintain Sales Email Inbox – read through emails, sort, asses and reply accordingly
- Create/Update internal reports or overviews that requires gathering data from different locations and/or departments
- Offer pricing support to adjacent functions like Customer Service team for a faster and correct data entry of orders in the system
- Keep the Sales Office Distribution List up to date
- Participate in preparations and follow-up for customer events/trainings (remotely)
- Keep internal Inside Sales Task Tracker updated daily
- Other responsibilities can and will transferred in your care as we go and develop you in the role, so there’s exciting stuff ahead
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Work experience is a plus
- Computer skills: Email – Outlook, Office suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, written and spoken, any other language is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to multitask and deliver on several, parallel tasks/projects
- Task oriented and deadline driven
- Ability to work accurately with great attention to detail
