Responsibilities:

  • NPI Project Coordinator is a member of NPI Department and whose role is to bring to life new products required by EM in expected timelines;
  • Manage and deliver projects within expected timelines and product specifications;
  • Provide data analysis and lead development files and ensure proper communication on his Projects;
  • Delivering projects OTIF with no negative impacts on Factory performance KPI and positive feed-back from stakeholders will be the main success evaluation triggers;

Requirements:

  • Experience in project and programme management skills;
  • Working knowledge of Operations, Product and Marketing;
  • Proven ability to manage complex issues, work independently and manage detail as validated by experience;
  • Effective engagement skills are important given the number of active stakeholders in any projects.
  • Highly developed analytical skills;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, ppt) skills;
  • Intermediate to advanced SAP knowledge;
  • Engineering basics to understand interactions between material and machine.
