The Manager Business Partnering for B2B & ICT:

  • Ensures the decisional support (financial control) for business clients (legal entities from B2B, ICT, Wholesales areas);
  • Analyzes, validates, implements and monitors the action plans for optimizing the commercial financial indicators and parameters.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in the financial/ economic field;
  • Professional certifications in the field (ACCA, CIMA or CECCAR) represent an advantage;
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in financial planning, budgeting, analysis and financial reporting for management;
  • Detailed and varied experience regarding the elaboration of forecasting, reporting and analysis tools; knowledge of financial evaluation and modeling;
  • Experience in using ERP systems (ORACLE/ SAP);
  • Previous experience with budgeting systems, preferably Hyperion;
  • Solid knowledge in the financial and business field, expertise in data management, risk management, influencing and changing agility;
  • Extensive financial knowledge (including managerial reporting);
  • Stakeholder management (developing and maintaining value-added relationships);
  • Ability to form a holistic vision of the business with an emphasis on efficiency and profitability;
  • Demonstrated ability to accept and produce change, as well as learning agility;
  • Very good skills in using the MS Office package;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Excellent financial evaluation and modeling skills;
  • Very good influencing skills (able to influence key decisions, by presenting information about the business and by developing recommendations following detailed analysis, reporting and forecasting).

Main responsibilities:

  • Performs financial analyses and evaluations considering the specificities and reference elements and any other relevant, financial and non-financial data, in order to consolidate the decision-making for B2B, ICT and Wholesales;
  • Provides specialized financial advice on performance and opportunities that exist for further investigations and/or improvements;
  • Ensures forecasting, reporting and collaboration for the functions in his governance area;
  • Provides the analyzed information in a structured way, evaluating the historical and current performance of the business, highlighting areas of opportunity, prioritizing and building action plans together with business stakeholders;
  • Analyzes the net margins/ EBITDA in his governance area (B2B, ICT and Wholesales);
  • Creates standardized and automated reports for financial and non-financial performance indicators in order to support strategic business decisions and to support planning and forecasting processes (IPF, FC and FC in progress);
  • Coordinates discussions on up-to-date data reports with partners in B2B, ICT and Wholesales structures and actively supports the month closing process;
  • Controls the indirect costs area (IDC) based on the Zero Based Budget approach;
  • Analysis of net margins and EBITDA on product, portfolio, client level;
  • Detailed profitability analysis for all the above categories including all non-financial performance indicators (KPIs) (for example, average income per service analysis - ARPU);
  • Supports strategic decisions regarding new portfolios;
  • Coordinates the simplification of commissioning schemes;
  • Develops IFRS 15 (including the calculation of iPF and FC0, as well as the analysis of the monthly deviation);
  • Defines the guidelines for case studies for business offers;
  • Provides support for new sales, vertical sales activities, specific projects from a financial perspective;
  • Monitors the use of Commercial CAPEX in his governance area.
