We are currently looking for new colleagues in all planning groups within Logistic Department. Below you can find the job descriptions for each group in which we would like to welcome new talented and enthusiastic planners.
Customer Planner
- Planning the customer orders in SAP
- Plan amount and type of products to be produced and create leveling scheme
- Ensure on-time delivery of products to BOSCH customers (right part, right amount, right time, right place -> according to customer wishes)
- Ensure availability of products and create delivery notes
- Customer contact management to coordinate demand
- Coordination with manufacturing and in-house production planner
- Create production plan / leveling plan to ensure on-time delivery
Procurement Planner
- Planning and coordination
- Supply manufacturing with the required components and raw materials
- Right amounts, right time, right quality (100% parts availability)
- Ensure cost-effectiveness in procurement
- Ensure low levels of inventory
- Continuous control and optimization of material planning
- Continuous control and optimization of ABC parts analysis
- Procurement of raw material and components according to defined ordering points
- Conduct monthly supplier evaluation and improve supplier performance
- Organize and conduct supplier coaching
- To reduce logistics errors from suppliers
- To improve supplier performance (on time delivery)
- Post goods receipt in BOSCH SAP system
- Introduce the right delivery concepts with strategic suppliers according to plant strategy (consignment, ship to line, ship to supermarket
Production Planner
-Generate production sequence according customer demand and production capacity for certain production areas / value streams on own responsibility
-Consider customer demand, production, trial runs (EWAK) and 0-series for launch of new products
-Consider production requirements in terms of continuous production flow, level material flow, level stock (PSA)
-Maintain Kanban cycles
-Define and organize timeslots for exotics / EWAKS / 0-series
-Calculate / adjust min / max stock levels in supermarkets
-Coordinate and agree results with other departments
-Arrange measures to safeguard production, carry out additional planning and clarify relevant matters internally
-Maintain production data, mainly in SAP
-Daily delivery statistics check of manual confirmations, stock adjustments, revision level changes
-Acting as SAP Key user, training of SAP for production area
-ECR implementation
-Support stock taking
-Optimize own task area by continuous improvement, measures to be planned / executed / checked, coordinated and consulted with other departments
-Follow existing standards and enhancement of standards in cooperation with affected areas
