R&D Studio is looking for Architects to work with in Romania on an exciting project and roll out!

We are a dynamic design agency specializing in retail and design and are working on a demanding roll out project in Romania.

We need a locally-based team to help us in this endeavor and would like to work with:

• Independent, licensed architects

• Per project collaboration with a significant roll out possible in 2021 (starting in 2020)

• Multi-year experience in delivering execution design documentation, including building and fire permit, fire authorization (for interiors, preferably shopping center locations)

• A working knowledge of Romanian building code, including fire safety issues, health & safety, seismic protection and building procedures

• Experience with site surveys and supervision

• Relocation not necessary, remote work in Romania possible, must be flexible and able to travel in Romania at short notice (owning a car a plus)

• Must be able to work in Autocad and preferably Revit

• Working relationships with local discipline (MEP) and fire safety designers a significant advantage in later stages
