Your Challenge

As L1.5 Service Delivery Agent, you'll mainly manage master data mass maintenance tasks and fix data integrity inconsistencies. We expect you to understand the "why" of your daily activity, to be detailed oriented, to challenge instead of following blindly a request and strive for excellence while not ignoring the workload.
  • Manage requests of master data mass maintenance (users, cost centers, projects, GL account, vehicles);
  • Fix the daily data integrity inconsistencies alone, or together with other teams or with customers, and initiate root cause investigation for recurrent issues;
  • Resolve other low and medium complexity tickets and initiate root cause investigation for recurrent tickets;
  • Test solutions proposed by technical teams to your root cause investigation requests;
  • Be involved in standard change requests/ configuration tasks;

Your profile

  • the right attitude we are looking for is: to understand the "why" of your daily activity, to challenge yourself and strive for excellence while not ignoring the workload;
  • more than average Excel knowledge (VlookUp, Pivot tables, data formating, concatenation, IF);
  • have an eye for details;
  • High level English: our employees are from thirteen different countries and we really interact with them during our daily activity;

Nice To Have
  • basic understanding of accounting;
  • previous customer service experience;
  • familiar with Jira and / or ZenDesk;
